By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
iLeadsGlobal provides done-for-you B2B lead generation services, including LinkedIn lead generation, cold email outreach, appointment setting, and data sourcing. Specific deliverables, scope, and fees are defined in your individual service agreement.
Services are billed monthly per the plan or custom quote agreed in writing. Each service is priced separately. Fees are due as invoiced; late or failed payments may pause service delivery.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and any access required to deliver the services, and to use the services in compliance with applicable laws (including anti-spam and data-protection regulations).
You own the data, domains, copy, and automations we build into your accounts on your behalf. Our underlying methods, templates, and tooling remain our intellectual property.
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform under the agreement.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. While we optimize for results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, meeting volumes, or revenue, as results depend on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLeadsGlobal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate with written notice per the service agreement. Because the system is built in your accounts, you retain your infrastructure on termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your service agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
